Project organisation and promotion status
On 6 October 2026, the founder confirmed that PactVerity has no incorporated operating company and no completed legal review. The founder describes it as community-driven with a worldwide audience. This is a project description, not evidence of decentralised control, regulatory approval or permission to promote the token in every country. Published treasury controls and founder responsibilities remain as disclosed. Worldwide website access does not establish eligibility for any offer, promotion or service. Campaign-specific legal review remains outstanding.
Informational purpose
The website includes an operational browser Proof Engine, public stateless Receipt API beta and deterministic scenario simulator. It also describes broader concepts, selected technical parameters and non-final plans. It does not create an obligation to build, launch, sell or support any future feature or token.
Proof Engine and Receipt API boundary
The Proof Engine and Receipt API apply deterministic rules to user-supplied data and create or verify receipts whose checks, digest and optional wallet signature can be rechecked. They are not independent monitoring services, oracles, trusted timestamps, audits, escrow, insurance or guarantees that evidence or a service is truthful, complete or delivered. Users are responsible for the content they submit, enter and export.
Simulation boundary
The Technology page's default $25,000,000 is synthetic nominal volume calculated from 250,000 model agreements at $100 each with 1,000,000 deterministic checks. It is not historical transaction volume, total value locked, revenue, customer funds, adoption, audited capacity or assets secured. The simulator moves no assets, and service and escrow volume is $0.
No financial service or offer
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, an offer, a solicitation or a guarantee of availability, performance, value, liquidity or return.
Independent DEX buying
PVTY had an original issuance of 50 million at the official mainnet mint, with mint authority removed. Burns can reduce current supply; check the dated on-chain supply evidence. PactVerity does not offer private or manual token sales. The Buy PVTY page checks independent route availability, embeds a third-party Jupiter swap component and links to independent DEX interfaces; PactVerity does not control their quotes, execution, eligibility or availability. The site will never ask for private keys, recovery phrases or payment through private messages.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful informational purposes. You must not impersonate PactVerity, create misleading token listings, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or use content to deceive others.
Integration Challenge
Submitting an application does not create employment, partnership, endorsement, confidentiality, exclusivity or an automatic right to compensation. The challenge advertises up to three 1,000 USDC awards from a maximum 3,000 USDC project commitment, but the pool is not represented as publicly escrowed. A reward becomes payable only when a selected applicant has written award terms and its accepted deliverables pass the published rubric. Applicants must own or have permission to submit their work, disclose material relationships and avoid secrets or third-party personal data.

The website, route checker and external DEX access may change or become unavailable without notice. Any future production settlement product will require separate operator details, eligibility rules, product terms and jurisdiction-specific review.
