The original allocation plan comprises founder 6.25M (12.5%), development/security 11.25M (22.5%), ecosystem/builders 12.5M (25%), community 7.5M (15%), liquidity 5M (10%) and operations/reserve 7.5M (15%). ## Controls checklist

Use https://pactverity.com/token-verification and https://pactverity.com/verify-the-vault to inspect mint/freeze authorities, treasury signers, founder vesting, current balances, LP escrow, lock expiry and the exact share protected. A treasury is not automatically time-locked. Vesting is not the same as LP locking. An LP lock limits withdrawal of the corresponding position; it does not stop public selling or guarantee reserves, price stability or exit capacity.
