PactVerity turns explicit AI-agent and API-service evidence into deterministic, portable receipts that another developer can inspect and challenge.

## Short technical pitch

AI-agent claims are often presented as narrative logs or screenshots. PactVerity publishes a deterministic alternative: explicit service criteria, supplied measurements, per-check outcomes, a canonical SHA-256 receipt commitment and an independent verification path. The public beta includes a browser Proof Engine, stateless API, versioned benchmark, failure cases and an open reproduction challenge. The important limitation is explicit: the engine verifies consistency with supplied evidence; it does not independently prove that the caller's observations are true.

## Three publication angles

1. **Failure case:** Why a fast-looking agent response can still fail an agreed latency or freshness rule.
