# PactVerity Solana Grant Application Working Draft v0.1

Status: not submitted, endorsed, selected or funded.

## Project

PactVerity is building open, deterministic evidence receipts for measurable AI-agent and API-service outcomes. The current public surfaces include a Proof Engine, Receipt API beta, known-answer benchmark, developer materials and evidence registers.

## Proposed public good

Create an open-source Solana-oriented reference layer that lets developers generate, verify and optionally sign portable service-evidence receipts without custody or automatic settlement.

## Why Solana

Solana public keys provide a broadly deployed identity and signature format for optional receipt attestation. A later, separately reviewed milestone could anchor receipt commitments on Solana, but this draft does not claim that settlement or anchoring is deployed.

## Proposed milestones

1. Public specification and threat model: receipt schema, canonicalisation, signature boundaries and misuse cases.
2. Three open-source reference integrations: AI-agent outcome, API SLA and evidence adapter.
3. Independent reproduction and security review: publish full methods, failures and remediation.
4. Optional Solana attestation prototype: non-custodial, testnet-first and separately audited before any mainnet claim.

## Measures

- Three accepted repositories reproduced by a second engineer.
- At least 100 disclosed test receipts across reference workflows.
- One final independent review report and public remediation register.
- Complete documentation and permissively licensed learning materials.

## Required owner completion before submission

- Legal applicant identity, entity, jurisdiction and authorised representative.
- Requested amount, currency, detailed budget and milestone payment schedule.
- Team biographies, conflicts and prior funding.
- Repository licence and ownership confirmation.
- Acceptance of the programme's current terms and disclosure requirements.

No grant funds, approval or Solana Foundation relationship are claimed.
