# PactVerity independent technical review request

Status: open request. No reviewer appointed. No independent audit claimed.

## Subject

PactVerity Proof Engine v1, Receipt API beta, canonical receipt format and public claim boundaries.

## Review objective

Determine whether identical valid inputs produce deterministic receipts; altered receipts are rejected; signature and publication boundaries are represented accurately; and public descriptions do not claim more than the implementation proves.

## Minimum reproducible package

1. Name the source revision, deployment URL, runtime and review time.
2. Run the three published known-answer fixtures and preserve full output.
3. Add at least one reviewer-created edge case or negative test.
4. Record findings, limitations, exclusions and any material relationship to PactVerity.
5. Publish the methodology or authorise PactVerity to publish it unchanged.
